As Chairman and CEO of Ashley Stewart, he successfully led the company from bankruptcy to success. Rhee's approach combines kindness with strategic leadership, as highlighted in his platform and book, "Red Helicopter." He also contributes to education by teaching entrepreneurship at Howard University, Duke Law, and MIT Sloan.
